A Good Day Living with Fibromyalgia


Today started out well. I woke up stiff as usual but not in as much pain. I felt rested. I felt motivated to wash my locs. I even danced in the shower. Fast forward past my ACV rinse, watching about two movies, and retwisted my bang using a crochet needle. I began to get really fatigued. I had used up my spoons.
